We are told that our letter writing and e-mail campaign is having an effect. The flood of letters concerning the I-171H are being noticed.
It appears that one individual, Emilio T. González, Director of U.S. Immigration has direct authority to extend the life of the I-171H. He should be our next focus.

Here is the latest spreadsheet, assuming referrals arrive Monday.
As you can see, we are now officially at the one year wait. Even if you average the shortest and longest wait it’s still more than 12 months this time. The out-of-touch “expert” on APC may have to admit that we’ve now gone over a year.

One of the European agencies has notified their people from the last referral batch that they will be the first families to travel to China without having to wait for the CCAA letters of invitation (TA’s). Apparently the letters will now be handed to them upon arrival in China, allowing them to travel earlier.
