I think that we’ll all agree that things at least seem to be out of control at the CCAA this year. Since January they have done 11, 18, 12, 5, 7, 9, 13, and now 15 days per referral batch. Considering that until October of last year they had averaged about a month per month [...]

One of the big European agencies has stated that referrals were mailed Wednesday, cut-off 7/13.
This is about as official as you can get without seeing it on the CCAA’s site.
Congratulations to those who are finally about to see your baby’s face for the first time!

The CCAA site is unchanged. There are reports that it was down for over an hour somewhere between 2:30 and 4:00 (Eastern), but when it came back up there was no change.
