According to the calculations I did on this post, we could see referrals any day now, though the most likely scenario would be them being mailed at the end of this week to arrive very early next week.
One agency (not American) has apparently told someone that the CCAA has started matching. I’d really like to hear this from another source, though.

Good morning everyone (good afternoon for Europe)! I also checked 3x, but stil nothing…….
I was thinking yesterday and maybe it came up in an other discussion, but I don’t know. Maybe the reason that the waitingtime is coming up is that a lot(?) of people are switching to sn procedure now, so more of those childeren are going to be adopted (befor the olympic games)? Maybe the CCAA is doing this on purpose? Because there are a lot more sn than nsn children in the orphanages.
Don’t know, just a thougth…..

i really think we’ll hear or see something this week. i really do…maybe towards the end of the week, but still…
i also think this one’s going to be alot like last month where the CCAA just sends the referrals out without much “notice”.
guess I’ll be checking my agency’s site everyday this week to see if they post anything about the CCAA ‘working on the next group’ as often as i’ll check here…lol

This is so exciting!!! I have a good feeling about this week. Just a feeling of course, I think we will at least know that they have been sent! Oh, maybe I shouldn’t say that, but one can be hopeful! ;o)

I don’t know when referrals are coming, but I agree that they will come without notice. I wouldn’t be surprised if it is the end of the week. Remember last month when they released them at the end of the week and by the time the agencies realized what was happening, it was too late to contact the CCAA with questions. Could be a new strategy.

I hope we are included in this next group, but I really think we are going to be October. However, if things are ever going to speed up, it has to start somewhere!! I’ll think we’ll know soon though, just a guess.

the DW and I are just telling ourselves that it’ll not happen until next group so we won’t be too disappointed if it’s true. been let down a few too many times i guess.

I will be just soooooo excited to see August make the cut for this month. I would love to see some China Blossom babies!!!!

I talked to my agency (small American) friday and she said that she thought they were matching and will keep going as far as they can before the vacation and need to turn in refferals. When I asked her if she thougtht they’d get into August, she said she thought they were already into august, but how far they will get we’ll just wait and see, early/mid august is a possibility, but who knows. Also, one of their people in China were going to be going into the CCAA soon, so they hope they might get a hint of more information about how far they are going.
I really really am hoping!!!

I hope you’re all correct about seeing or at least hearing something this week. It’s time, I need my baby. I’m not sleeping very well, I’m dreaming of the referral call, when we meet her, the trip…ALL of that. I didn’t start dreaming about her until a few days ago. Maybe that means we’re near. I certainly hope so!
