Oh I hope my (NSN) TA is sent at the same time. I’m still waiting for mine from the August referrals, and I’m getting sick of more delays.

Anyone out there expecting a SN TA that switched from NSN to SN? We did the same (LOI send 9/18/06, NSN LID 12/7/05) and we have no idea on timing…

hey acroberts- We were also NSN LID Dec 7 05, just sent LOI Sept 29 06 but it will be translated before going to CCAA so I’m guessing they won’t get it until Oct 9 at the earliest. Are you on Waiting Children China’s Yahoo group? They post stats there. For SN TAs when LID is before LOI I think the average wait was most recently around 75 days. Our agency told us to be ready to get TA as soon as 5 weeks but that the average is 10-15 right now for this agency. They said it might be quicker for us since we’ve already been through the review room.

Hi acroberts and Deborah. We also started out nsn – LID 3/24/06, and sent our LOI for SN on 8/18/06. Someone from my agency who sent her LOI the same day as my family and several others, received her TA in a “record” 34 days. The only difference between her and everyone else from our group, is that she was LID sometime in sept. ‘05. So she was the only person who had already made it through the review room. So since you are both already through the review room, I would look for your TA’s sooner rather than later! I am on day 43 of waiting, and crossing my fingers for lots of news on TA’s this week!
