A little more information has come in on the r4 part of yesterday’s rumor. Not enough to push it to an r5 yet.
I’ve kind of given myself a goal of having my r5 posts be 100% accurate, and my r4 posts at least 85% accurate.

Coming from multiple sources, it appears that referrals were mailed Friday. It’s not an r5, and it’s certainly not a fact… but I will give this one an r4.
