Dare I say it?

It looks like there is good reason to believe referrals will begin arriving Thursday. UPDATE: Also a reason to believe that at least some of the 8/24′s will be included.

One agency is confirming that there is a package on the way to them, hopefully to arrive Thursday. Another agency confirms that they spoke with the CCAA last night and the CCAA says that referrals have not yet been mailed and they don’t know when they will be mailed.
