At least one group of people who were skipped last month do not have anything this month, either. Most do seem to have a referral this month, though.

On the poll that closed in October we see that Aug 10 – Aug 25 had 213 matches and Aug 26 – Sep 8 had 201 matches. We are pretty sure that the poll has an accuracy rate (percentage wise) of plus or minus three or four percent.
