An agency tells their people that referrals have been mailed and should be here Thursday. I’ve heard this from more than one person from this agency.

Now if we just knew the cut-off date.

An agency in a European country has told their people that the cut-off is September 7th.
We don’t hear a whole lot from this agency so I’m not sure where to rate this one.
