It appears some NSN TA’s from the early January batch arrived today as well.

I have reports of special needs TA’s arriving at some agencies today.

Another agency has confirmed that referrals were mailed Tuesday. I can now give this one an R4. If DHL is on schedule and customs doesn’t throw a wrench into things, most agencies will receive them tomorrow.

A few agencies are now saying “maybe today”. From what I’ve seen so far, I’m still betting on tomorrow, but this is out there so I’m reporting it.

I can’t find anything new this morning.
If referrals are on the way it seems they are still expected to start arriving tomorrow.

So far we just have a couple of sources saying they have been mailed, but a few other agencies have told their people that they have a package on the way to them that they hope is referrals.
It would appear that, if these are referrals, they should arrive Thursday.
