I know my agency has stated we would be, but it would a big relief for ME personally to see something in writing from the CCAA itself. They said we needed to be LID prior to new rules taking affect. We were relieved once we heard the rules were not taking affect in January. They are still are saying you must be LID before May 1. This would be a great service and put a lot of families at ease. It seems inconsistent that some agencies/countries would get a written clarification but others would not.
