I have been mulling this all over and here is my conspiracy theory. I believe that someone or "someones" are working against the RQ Kingdom. I believe that they are throwing positive crap out that they know we all want to hear in hopes that when the good rumors don't come true, we all turn against one another and the Queen herself! This way the entities can always turn around and say .. "we told you not to goto that site." Putting positive rumors out there early in the month also ensures we waiting parents won't drop out of the program just yet.. just in case the good rumor comes true.. this way certain organizations can continue to make money off of waiting parents who are already at their wits end. It has helped us during the wait. I have always appreciated the fact that RQ will share the things she hears. I assume everthing is a rumor until it is a fact.
