I don’t expect to see referrals today or tomorrow.
A couple of agencies are expecting TA’s tomorrow.
Several agencies are confirming that the CCAA has not updated the internal system to show the cut off date.

Good question.
The earlier positive reports were an r3 - I had reason to believe they weren’t just completely off the wall crazy, but I also could not make any kind of determination where I felt comfortable saying they were correct.

I think we have to make this one an r3, and it’s getting closer to r4 status.
Apparently people with LID’s of the 8th are being told they are not in.
If it wouldn’t offend so many people I’d utter a string of cuss words here on behalf of those it will not offend.

We had the first “maybe not so good” rumor about an 11/14 person being told they should not get their hopes up yesterday.
And now we’ve had someone with an 11/9 LID being told they haven’t made this cut.
I’m wavering between an r2 and r3 with these.

The USCIS website is stating they are going to allow “one free extension of your I-600A by filing a new I-600A without fee before the first expires.”
I guess that softens the fact that fees go up as of July 30th.
