No more IR-4 Visas?

In the past as long as both parents were present for the adoption in the province then the child could still come home on an IR-3 if one parent left right after being present for the adoption [...]

Conflicting Information

If we didn’t have conflicting information we wouldn’t know what to do with ourselves.
One agency says referrals were mailed last night (U.S. time).
But, hold your horses…. Another agency with a LID that had better be in this mailing (Nov 18th) has confirmed that they do not have a package coming.
What could that mean? I refuse [...]

I think the best number out there right now is probably the 21st, but I’m not going above an R3 with it at this point.
I do not expect to see referrals arrive today. Some agencies had let clients know they expected something yesterday, and I believe all of those agencies have now confirmed they received [...]

This is still an R3, but there is yet another agency saying the cut off is the 21st.

One agency with a package coming that they thought might be referrals has confirmed that the package did not contain referrals.
Also, I haven’t seen anything from Europe and the business day is over for them. Europe does not always get them the morning before the U.S., but in this case I believe they should have.
