In our whole 20 month wait we received ZERO calls and no written communication from our Agency, without RQ we would have gone completely crazy. IMO the BEST and most valuable part of RQ's site is the FORUM and the fabulous community within, I cannot imagine what we would do without it. Congrats to the recent referral families !!!
