BUT - it seems like if there were so many definite confirmations of Nov. 30 being in, RQ would have given it a higher rumor rating. So maybe these agencies are telling their clients that they are "definitely, no doubt" in just because it is so obvious they would be, whereas agencies can't feel sure about Dec. (like they can for Nov.) I'm not trying to argue, just trying to still believe that Nov. 30 is not the cut-off. threebluesteps,
