One European and one American agency received referrals for December LID families earlier this month. And not the beginning of December, either.
I do not have an explanation. I have not heard from anyone at this point with an explanation.

TA’s began arriving today for the early September referral batch.

If referrals are to be mailed before the National Day Holiday then they’ll have to be mailed at the end of next week. Or possibly sometime next weekend if they work that weekend (and they often do work the weekend before a holiday).

The big question that many people have right now is “will adoptions stop during the Olympics”.
The CCAA has told many agencies that adoptions will not stop during the Olympics. But I’m not sure I buy that.
