When might the rumors start
If you’ll remember from the When post, I said the earliest I’d expect to see referrals arrive is Friday, October 26th, and the latest is Friday, November 9th. I have two most likely days this month, either Friday, November 2nd or Monday November 5th.
Referrals arrived about two and a half weeks ago, and the CCAA has been back to work for two weeks since their break.
I doubt we’ll see the them on the earliest likely day this month, which is one week away.
We are two weeks away from the first most likely day, and three weeks away from the latest we’d expect to see them.
The earliest I would expect to see possibly substantial rumors would be the middle to end of next week.

Come on 5th!!! I NEED the fifth to be in this month. I think it would be crazy if they did not get to the fifth but we all know we have seen crazier things happen in this program!

I agree with the Nov 2nd or5th prediction. If they have been matching ahead, the holiday should even impact the timing.

I willbe moving out of our house and into a rental the 1st thru the 8th. I hope we get our referral soon.

I second the cheer for 12/05! And I really hope they come Friday the 2nd. That weekend will be insane if they don’t come.

This month really snails it’s way…..I have the feeling it will never pass!!!
I think it would be really poor if they only get to the 12/05. In reality this would mean the program almost stops….. I am hoping they get much further than that.

The 5th? That would be minimum I hope. Come on let’s go until the 14th and start doing two weeks worth so we can all get to our babies fast!!!

I think RQ’s reference to the 5th was pointing to the day we are likely to see referrals — not a prediction on what date the referrals will go through. She’s talking about Nov. 5, 2007, not the Dec. 5, 2005, LID that we are all hoping will be included.

…for my husband and myself the month has gone by rather fast…lots of things going on at home and work to divert our thinking… December LID’s…kind of has a nice Pre-Christmas ring doesn’t it….Lets get to the 15th day of Christmas and we’ll all have something to cheer for….

Yes, you are correct Abracadebra but adomom and some others like adoptingliberty do have a LID of 12/05 and they where referring to that, and not to the 5th in RQ’s context.

I thought (famous last words!) that referrals seem to be coming in the first few days of a month? (obviously that would line up with your predictions). Do you think they MAY come late in a month, because of the average amount of days between referrals being sent?
Does that make sense?!! Anyhoo… I reckon they’ll be here very early Nov.

It’s my understanding that the CCAA ends there fiscal year in November and has a yearly meeting at the beginning of December. I was wondering what effect this might have on November and December referrals. Any thoughts?

Yes I am excited in a way that keeps med laughing one day and crying another. I am not sure the CCAA will make it to the 12/08 with the next batch, so everything is open. But I would love soooo much to be included…..

I really hope they make it to 12/10 or later. My LID isn’t till 4/27/07, and I’ve got nothing to do but cheer for you guys in the meantime!
