It does not appear that referrals have been mailed yet.
Nothing for sure, but several agencies say they are still being worked on and nothing has been mailed.

I should note, it’s Friday night in China now. If they haven’t gone out yet then it will be their Monday (our Sunday night) before they get mailed.

I am anxiously waiting to see all the new babies. You are about to get the best Christmas present ever. Hopefully next week! I just hope that your presents sleep more than mine does!

I suspect they will mail them next week or the week after and it will go up thru Dec 14th. I have this gut feeling that my husband and I will get our referral at the end of Jan (the date Jan 28 has entered my mind for some reason) and our LID is Dec 20, 2005. I have no clue if this makes any rational sense whatsoever.

Am I wrong, or has it been very quiet from US agencies? It seems at this stage of the month we hear things like, “My agency says I’m in.” So far, nada this month. Seems VERY quiet. Anyone else sense this?
