RumorsWhat I have right now isn’t really a lot, all of this is at the R1 or R2 stage at this point, I think. What is out there right now says that the 20th is probably in (not that it is the cut off, just that it’s likely in). As for the timing, one agency thinks there is some hope they may be here sometime next week. I honestly find that hard to believe. Several agencies are saying they’ll arrive the first or second week in January, that sounds much more likely.

I am so hoping that they get through the 20th (and then some!) Let’s get that whopper behind us and get the show on the road!!! …Yep, despite reason, I’m still hoping for things to speed up in ‘08.

The 20th seems kind of low to me, considering that December was not all that big. Here’s to hoping it goes further.

Dec 20th aligns with a Horrid case scenario, and none of us wish for this. Common please let there be families for children and children for families at this time of the year. Get through to the 25th to at least shine some light at the end of a very gloomy tunnel.

Oh MY!
As I recall from last month, the first rumor was the 14th and everyone thought it would get further– but the first rumor, not great, ended up as the cutoff. Perhaps this will be the same this month.
I would always love to see the CCAA get further– this wait IS A HORRID CASE!
But the 20th– Oh please, OH PLEASE!

Based on the RQ poll numbers, my guess was that the 19th would be the cut-off. So if they made it to the 20th, that would be a good thing in my book.

Well….. Here’s my 2008 referral prediction of what the CCAA will do….I have no data (just instinct) to back anything up…but I see it taking till March 08 to get to the begining January 2006..with 7-8 day batches…maybe once we get to 2006 then it will increase to 14-15 day batches….this is my own personal opinion…. I will see how close I get as the year unfolds…if this is the case we are looking for a referral August 2008?????with a LID of march 17, 2006…..

OMG!!! Did I need to hear a rumor of some sort today… Took an all day road trip 11 hours of driving round trip… so today, has been a catch up day before Christmas..

I spoke with my agency a couple of days ago and they have no idea about the cutoff but that they expect referrals no later than January 7th. Last month, they were right on in terms of the arrival time.

Dec. 20 is a big date for our agency. In fact, looking at RQ’s numbers, I would be surprised if they got past that date. I’m just hoping they get that date in. …

It has to happen sometime- when the referrals speed up to half a month at a time or even a month at a time. Hope it is december (though with LID 12/19/2005 i believe i am really next this time)
