We should be happy that China ia allowing us to have these beautiful children join our families. We did too ask for a child 0-12 months but will gladly take any child of any age. She is a SN child- but I know of one other family whose daughter is from the same orphanage and she came home in March or April. Congrats to all those who are receiving referrals this month!
