We now have 5 agencies saying that either the 27th is included or that the 27th is the cut off.
 
Some of these agencies rarely have information so I don’t really have a track record for them. But, with five agencies saying it, I think that’s good enough for an R4.

Two more U.S. agencies are now saying the cut off is December 27th. I am not prepared to give it an R4 yet, but it’s now a pretty strong R3.

A few U.S. agencies have checked to see if they have packages on the way. Only one has reported they have something en route, scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. They do not know what is in the package, just that it is coming from the CCAA.
