Thanks for blogs! Love looking at them. I did notice in “Lovin the Plan” url, there is an exclamation point at the end that needs to be deleted from the hyperlink.

The children are all beautiful. Congratulations!
Can I ask a question? How did you find Waiting Children in China? Are they assigned to certain agencies? Can someone from one agency apply to the SN program of another agency?
I didn’t think there were any SN children available from China. Any info would REALLY be appreciated.

buzzbuzz, a few months ago RQ started a more babies blog post every month in the middle of the month between NSN referral batches. It is so people who get SN referrals, or concurrent adoption referrals can share in the fun of posting their pictures.
Bella’s mom, some agencies (not all) participate in the waiting child program and periodically get lists of children. My understanding is that once you are logged in NSN with an agency, you can’t switch to another agency (in the past you could do this). But, you can switch to SN within your current agency if your current agency participates in the program.

I don’t know if you will post a Korea SN referral, but I am about to be a first time parent to a baby from Korea name Audrey.

I was looking over the sites when I noticed a link to a scary article on the future of China’s IA program. It can be found on the AWishForAudrey site. Scroll down several posts, after the cute nursery pics, I think.
Did anyone else read this? Is this article just musings of an adoptive parent or actual facts? I’d love to hear someone else’s take on this.

HopefulFor07, thanks for pointing out that link. An interesting article indeed, but it does seem to be based on musings more than actual facts. At least I hope so!
