Just a note that I don’t see anything from a quick cruise around to my usual haunts, and I don’t have any emails or PM’s with anything juicy, either.
I’ll keep an eye on things today and post if I see something.

Start the good news off this morning. We just got the call. Our TA was just delivered for SN we are off to China. YIPPEEEE.

With a LID of 12/28/05 I’m having a hard time focusing on anything. My wife for some strange reason thinks that we will get the referral this week. I told her I doubt it very much, but next week is another story!

I just spoke to my agency; they don’t think we will be leaving for China until early May due to the trade show that takes place the last two weeks of April leading into a national holiday from May 1st - 3rd. On the plus side hotel and plane fare prices should be cheaper after these events.

I doubt we’ll hear too much this week. I don’t think referrals will be mailed out til next fri or so and it seems like lately the info has been pretty much nil until just a few days before. But, I keep checking in the hopes there will be something!!!

We returned in early February with our beautiful daughter. I know you probably have heard or read this before but it is worth saying again,our daughter is a perfect match for our family,she was soooo worth waiting for, I could not have ever totally believed this until we brought our daughter home.The wait will end one day and you will have a son or daughter that was always yours.Your child may not have been born yet but when you are matched with a child you will know that this was always your child ,it is just so amazing.I am thinking of all of you-I know how hard it is to wait,let’s see those referrals and make it a big batch!!!!

Man, it seems like rumors have completely dried up for the last couple of months.
It’s sad because I like getting hopeful and excited about this time every month — even though our hopes get crushed every month it’s still a few days of excitement.

Why is it that the CCAA updates on your page says that they have reviewed until October 2006 but my China only agency in Canada says that they have reached November 2006?
Why the differences? Who is right?

I sometimes catch reruns of Press Your Luck/Whammy on Game Show Network.
Wouldn’t it be nice to see a BIG BATCH of LIDs. At this point in time I’d consider 10 days a big batch. And a really big batch would be anything over 10.

this is because your China only agency may well have had all of it’s Nov LID’s reviewed. Some reviewer’s work faster or have smaller numbers of LID’s to review, but until ALL reviewers are finished with the month, then that’s when the CCAA will update….and then find its way to RQ’s corner box.

I totally needed to hear that today! Thanks for sharing those wonderful thoughts!! With an LID of 7/07 I keep feeling like I am in a big deep dark hole, and it is people like you who shed some light into my dark hole!!
And yes, let’s hear it for a BIG BIG BIG batch this month!
