My agency changes the box and it says:
The CCAA finished the review up to including december 2006.
So november AND december are reviewed!!!!!!!!!!!

Reviewed through means the date the CCAA has reviewed the dossiers up to. Currently they have reviewed all of the dossiers up to December 31st, 2006. Placed through is the date they have placed or referred children to people with a LID up to January 9th 2006.
