First rumors say that we are not going to reach the Horrid Case Scenario of January 23rd.

I’m told that the Chengdu Civil Affairs office is closed right now. This means that all adoptions in the Sichuan Province are on hold until the Civil Affairs office can reopen.

One agency reports that matching has begun.

The forum is not completely fixed, but it is back up. I will (hopefully) fix it tonight without completely breaking it again.
And now the blog has double posts. Which isn’t really hurting anything at the moment, so I’ll work on that one later.

I don’t see any rumors about the next cut off yet.
If they are to arrive next Friday then we should have rumors. They may not arrive next Friday, of course, but that’s the most likely day.
