I was told that if you want to be considered for a SN child with another agency you have to have your original dossier pulled first. Then you begin the process again with the new agency.Our agency does not have access to the SN list either. I hope this helps you

We got our LOA at 3 pm. Unbelivieable, it’s a boy:) After the surprise we are very happy. Congrats ton every new parent and good luck for the next ones:)

For cute blond baby, wonder if they where listed as NSN? We where considering a blond child on the special needs list. Albinism can result in anywhere from red to white hair.
