Packages in the air

Several agencies are reporting packages left the CCAA on the 7th headed towards them. The assumption is that they are likely referrals, but as usual, no one knows for sure.

Nothing new on a possible cut off though. Sorry.

Several agencies are reporting the CCAA will be closed Friday the 8th. At least one expects them to be back at work Monday, though.

    Please be referrals!!!

YEAH!!!! for all those people recieving referrals (and all those babies who will have permanent homes).

As you can tell I am assuming these are referrals. Hope so anyway.

So that’s interesting that CCAA may be working on Monday. Things may not be as dreary as we thought.

    Hooray!
And despite the (potential) psycholgical disappointment of (perhaps) not moving through to 2/5/06, thanks to the CCAA for keeping things moving during this busy time for their country. I had been afraid for so long of months of no movement, so I really am appreciative, look forward to watching the games, and then being glad they are over!

    Great news. It feels good.
    I am so happy.
    Thank you RQ.

Is it accurate to think then, that it will be at least Mon or Tues before we know cut off date? (Since they still need to arrive and the parents will need to be notified first, etc.)?
    Thanks

Great news! With a 3-10-06 LID, we are starting to see referrals for folks that we ‘know’ from blogland, etc. So much fun! Congratulations to everyone the stork in flying in for this month!!!

  9. ford Says:

To think our Stork is flying is a very humbling experience for this dad. Thank you and bless you to all who have offered their best wishes.

    Woo Hoo!!!!

  11. Mamman Says:

RQ or anyone else who knows more about the statistic history: If this batch is only two days, will it be the smallest seen, estimating the amount of referrals, not number of days? Thanks beforehand!

  12. raf81 Says:

    RQ-

What is the likelihood that there will be referrals next month, given the closing of offices during August?

  13. litmom Says:

Educated guess that they are probably referrals in the air. We got a referral last month and got our TA yesterday, and we are *always* the last people to get anything because of our location–so I think it’s safe to assume most people have received their TA’s already. Therefore, what else could it be?
