Half the Sky has an opportunity to get some funding from American Express, but they need our help.

Funding received will go towards helping the child earthquake victims by funding four children’s recovery centers for two years. But they’ve got to be in the top 25 in order for that to happen.

If you’d like to help them reach their goal:

1. Go here.
2. Click on “NOMINATE THIS PROJECT” button
3. Sign up & log in as a Guest Member or a Cardmember
4. The button will turn into a sentence that says “You have nominated this project”

You can keep an eye on how they are doing here. As of this morning it looks like they are in 12th place. If I’m reading it correctly, they have to be in the top 25 to make it to the next stage. Right?

As a side note, so far I haven’t seen any rumors of a cut-off, but I haven’t been everywhere I usually go just yet.
