Up to the 15th (so far)

I’ve seen referrals up to the 15th so far.
The general consensus at this time is that the 17th didn’t make it.
So, the cut off should be either the 15th or 16th. I have yet to hear of an agency with a LID of the 16th make a statement either way.

A European Agency has received referrals for the 13th. This agency has LID’s on the 17th but at this time the report is that those referrals did not arrive.
That tells us that referrals include at least up to the 13th, but that it doesn’t look good for the 17th. I’m also getting that it’s looking [...]

It’s Sunday Night in China and the CCAA is now closed for their holiday.

An agency has confirmed they have a package on the way that is schedule to arrive Monday. They do not know what is in the package, but the agency seems to feel there is a chance it is referrals.

Rumor update

A couple of agencies are saying that Wednesday’s rumor doesn’t have merit. They say that referrals are not going to be affected by the formula issue.
There is also a fairly good rumor that referrals will be mailed Sunday, before the CCAA breaks for their holiday next week. And, it’s looking pretty good that the 15th [...]
