Referrals!
A European Agency has received referrals for the 13th. This agency has LID’s on the 17th but at this time the report is that those referrals did not arrive.
That tells us that referrals include at least up to the 13th, but that it doesn’t look good for the 17th. I’m also getting that it’s looking like it may be the 15th, but that is not a sure thing at this point.

OMG!!! Is it really our turn!! I’ve heard nothing yet but its only 6:50 on the west coast, what the heck is central time anyway, 2 hrs behind me?? Can this really be happening?? It doesn’t feel real yet.

OMG! Referrals and it’s not even the first week of Oct. Could this be a glimmer of hope that there’s possibly a bit of a speed up? DH and I are wanting to submit our dossier for another adoption in Jan. We are so hoping that things speed up soon! Wishful thinking and hoping…

OMG, its a girl!!! I wanted to post here first!! I can’t believe it!!! Finally!!

DOB: 1/7/2008
weight 2 mos ago: 7kg (not sure what that is in pounds!!!)
they said she has hair sticking straight up off her head!!! She laughs out loud, watches people and has a ready smile!!! I’ll have the pix in about an hour!!
And, for those who want to know: we are in our early 40′s, both 39 at lid, have two older boys and requested a girl, 5-10 mos old ayap.

Congrats to everyone. If correct, and only 6 days this time, I feel good about doing another adoption. At 6 days (we would be at referral 2013 or later??). Can I say just a little envious. Will be checking back to look at all the pictures. LID 1-07

Our agency has received referrals for their LID 2/15 families but not their 2/17 families (no LIDs on 2/16). Congrats to all!

What was your LID? We got our SN referral also on 8/17 and our PA on 9/5. You already got your LOA???? Our agency said it would take 3-6 months to get ours!!

I am LID 6-19-06 and LOI 8-19-08. Just got my LOA last Thursday, the 25th. Perhaps mine came quicker as I am already through review. When is your LID?

That would make sense…we were LID 5/30/07, so have to be pulled “from the pile” to be reviewed. Boy, for a second there I got very excited!
