Is the 16th as a matter of FACT out as far as this batch or is it just hearsay b/c nobody has come forward with a referral in the Feb 16 LID? I am just wondering when the CCAA goes back to work after the holiday are more referrals coming or not- b/c we all know they are not all mailed on the same day.
