A US agency is saying that referrals are matched and awaiting signature. They also believe the 8th will be included.
I think that until we have more agencies speaking up that this will have to remain at an R2.

Before I get started, let’s review the projections for this month:
The main point I want to make is that a one day batch is entirely possible this month. The seventh is quite large, larger on the polls than some previous entire referral batches (in poll numbers) have been.

I don’t see where anyone in Australia or Europe is reporting a referral.
And, I would like to point out that the agencies that usually report packages on the way are not reporting that they have anything on the way. I gave yesterday’s rumors an R2, it is not a sure thing.

I’ve got a report of one agency saying that referrals have been signed.
The grapevine is saying there is a family with a different agency who has been told to expect a phone call Tuesday. But that’s a head scratcher, because if referrals are mailed on Friday then they begin showing up Monday. If they [...]

I’m told that a new list came out Thursday. Based on the historical data given to me:
The shortest time frame is 14 days, the longest is 45. If we throw the shortest and longest out then we have 18 and 37 days.
The average is 30, the median is 29, and we see 29 three times [...]
