Monday Morning – nothing newI don’t see where anyone in Australia or Europe is reporting a referral. And, I would like to point out that the agencies that usually report packages on the way are not reporting that they have anything on the way. I gave yesterday’s rumors an R2, it is not a sure thing. Hopefully we’ll get something else in a few hours once US and Canadian agencies begin to open for business.

We are hoping for a big batch, anything bigger than a two day batch would be nice! I can’t wait to see all of the new referral pictures. FLY stork Fly!!!!!!!!

We are LID 3/7…..so my heart is pounding here at work. I can’t concentrate on anything….sure hope the call comes this week!!!!!!!!

I’m in your boat too and am a bundle of nerves… I don’t think I’ve truly slept in about a week. Knowing we are so close to seeing our little girl’s face takes my breathe away.
Hearing this week would be amazing…

Not next, so I can’t imagine how the “next” batch must be feeling, but it might resemble the sensation of feeling like I was going to throw up. In the interim, I am going just as crazy because for some reason this batch feels like the barometer indicating whether we will be in the next 2-3 batches, or 6-8…. And the questions that make me answer “I don’t know..” Can you volunteer at Cub Scout Camp this summer? Can you join us on the family vacation? Can my inlaws do photography for a wedding in August (or will they be needed to watch our boys?) We will continue to wait patiently, but I sure hope I don’t lose my mind first. Sure hope this is a big batch, because the uncertainty is a lot easier with a little added hope! 3/29/06

I am right there with you. I have two boys both in school, scouts etc… I agree that this is sooo hard because we are so close but there is no way to know if it will be in a few month or 6 months. All depends on the month to month number of LIDs referred.
We are LID 3/22/06.

are families with 3/7/06 LID’s getting ANY information from their agencies? (if there’s anything to give that is).

We are far from our LID (7/23/2007), but for some reason, I can’t get away from RQ today. I feel like this month is an important month for setting a new pace in referrals. I’m dying for some more info here. I can’t imagine what those of you with March 2006 LIDs are doing today!

You wont ever hear rumors 1st from Australia as all our rumors come form RQ. 1-2 states seemingly get referrals before Europe & America as their depts tell them the good news before documents are translated. Most of the states are told approx 1 week after the rest of the world as their depts all parents after translations are completed.
Our next state to get the call is NSW with a LID of March 8. Their dept is one of those who wait for translations before calling.
Hopefully by this time next week there be loads of happy tears flowing around the world.

My agency had heard absolutely nothing and I’ve asked them every day. Today they said they’re just waiting for DHL and keeping their fingers crossed.
This is just unbearable….

I think we have officially entered the time period in the process that we can name the “China Adoption Dark Ages.” Let’s hope that the timing is synonymous with the good news starting…. My husband is proposing that we pool our money through RQ to get access to the info…..
