Phone Calls
There are reports of referral phone calls being made in Europe.
From initial reports, it appears the cut off is the 20th, and that the 21st is not included.
There is still one agency assuring their 21st people that they are in this batch.

Boy, that’s pretty bold of that one agency to still be assuring their 21st clients that they are in.

my agency received referrals for 3/16. their next LID is 3/21. obviously the cut-off is prior to 3/21.
