All I can say is that if some did get referred for the 21st and 23rd, congratulations to them and Yippee! because that makes the rest of us that much closer to the greatly anticipated date! It is not widespread, just the one agency. Lkely a fluke of some sort, these things sometimes happen. We are waiting to hear about ourselves(LID 03/21/06), and was assured that we would receive word "soon". Does that mean more are coming, or that we will hear in July with the next batch? If we hear in the next few days, my guess(based on LIDs of some of our group & past history) is that 1) CCAA likes to match groups together as a group, but 2) when you have LIDs from 03/17/06-03/23/06 in the same group as we do, and your cfficial cut off is 03/20/06, you "reach into" the LIDs of 03/21-23/06 just to complete this group so that they can travel together.
