March 22?
Two European agencies are telling their families the cut off is March 22nd.
I’m giving it an R3 at this point.

Congrats to those families!!

My U.S. agency has also confirmed that the CCAA has changed the box to reflect the cut-off date of March 22.
Congratulations to all the new families!!
I can’t wait to see the Babies post………..

Meg you have the same agency as me. We got the same email. Referrals have been issued up to March 22.
Congrats to all the babies and families that will soon unite.

Congrats to all the 21st and 22nders.
So March should be done by December. ..unless the CCAA starts doing one day batches. ..which wouldn’t surprise me at this point.
At least I know the score now. Sad for those of us who are late 2006ers. My DH and I probably won’t finish the race. We’re wiping out our savings to pay for taxes and I figure what is the point of saving it?
Sorry for being such a downer. This really sucks.

We must have the same agency Meg. I have received the same email this morning.
I sure was hoping for more days but….
Congrats to all the March 21st-er and 22nd-ers!

Ok, sounds like a plan. Are we getting calls today? Anything in the mail?
I really shouldn’t push it…I mean 6 months…4 years…no rush.
Kacheeeew. Sound of my beer opening. It’s 5 O’Clock somewhere.

meg, King and gwlashope,
Wow! I didn’t know there were so many of us on here. I belong to the same agency too. I am so happy for those 21st and 22nd families who are about to get their happy news, but feel like we keep getting pushed back a month every month. I know there are people who would love to trade places with us and I know it will happen eventually. Every month I think we will surely be able to predict when our time will be after the referrals come out this month, but nope, it just doesn’t work that way.

Waitingforlaurali- I think it’s pretty safe to say the CCAA will most likely be done with March in October. Hang in there!
While I was hopeful for the 23rd, I am so happy for the folks who made it this time.
BigDaddy- I love to see you post- you remind me of my husband… whose nickname is BigD!
I love referral weeks!!
Suzanne
who is now not next, but NEXT next!

(I predict that August will be the 23rd-26th and September will be the 27th and 28th, which means US!!!)

Hang in there.
We are finally in….wow it is surreal.
Until I saw it in writing I was still very cautious and tentative when people would ask my answer has been “I am pretty certain we will be next”.
Now if by chance you have ended up a Hague case be sure to call your agency and ask “is there anything else we need to do?”
I called our program director and at the end of our conversation ask…the above question and it was a big YES and if the paperwork is not completed in time we will not travel with our group and may be a week or two delayed!!!

My agency says the box has changed to state the cut-off is March 22nd.

Bigdaddy, I’m with you! Unfortunately I’m still at work. My DW tells me you’ve added some levity to this forum for, well, let’s just say a while.
Here’s to finally getting the call!
To all of you still waiting, hang in there. As my DW says, “Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.” – Proverbs 13:12

My U.S. Agency has posted that the cut-off date is March 22 and they are waiting for referrals to arrive.
Last month we missed the cut off by one day and I sympathize greatly with those of you who are feeling oh so disappointed today. I can’t ease your pain, but I can tell you that when you know for certain you are next you get a double high of anticipation because you know you can put all of your emotion into it. Hang in there.

ccaa has announced March 22 as the cutoff

Thinking in terms of two-day batches for the future: in 2006 the 25th and 26th of March was Sat and Sun. Does the CCAA “log in” on Sat and Sun?
(Our LID is 3-27!!!)

Meg – is your agency in PA? I got the exact same email today!
July 20th, 2009 at 2:24 pm
My agency, just sent me a note telling me to expect my referral in 1-2 days. My LID is 3-22-06.
July 20th, 2009 at 2:32 pm
Well after 3 years and 6 months of waiting, now with a current estimate of at least 3 more years, ( we went to contract Jan 2006, we are LID 10/13/06) I dont think we can make it. Over 6 years for this, I just dont get it.
I can say now that if we could turn back time we would never had chosen China. This program is a comlete joke,
Thanks for letting me vent

cab21404 before you give up hope…look at the sample number of LID’s for the future dates in RQ’s archive…after March 2006 they drop to about half of what they have been per week. I think the process will speed up significantly once they get through March of 06. Keep the faith.
