Waiting Child Shared List

I’ve heard from a few people who should know what they are talking about, that the shared list I was told about the other day was just a reposting of children who had been claimed but then had their files returned. Since another list did not come out the next day, the general consensus is that this should not be considered a “new list”, and that means it wasn’t time for a When post.

I’ve pulled that When post to avoid confusion, since families are apparently still waiting for a new list. That means the When post we are working off of is still this one.

    I am new to this post. Just wondering if anyone out there has had experience with switching agencies in order to adopt a particular special needs child. At one point I was told that China did not allow you to switch agencies in order to do that. Is that true? Anyone had the experience of switching agencies after they were logged in? Did it end up costing you a lot of money? Did it work? Do you recommend it? Thanks!
