When: Waiting Child Shared List

I’m told a fairly large waiting child list was released last night.

Looking at the numbers: The shortest time frame is 23 days, the longest is 41. The average is 33, the median is 34, and we see 34 two times.

This means the soonest we would expect to see the next list (or series of lists) would be Friday, November 13 and the latest would be Tuesday, December 1.

The most likely day for matches to be announced from the next shared list would be Tuesday, November 24.

Congrats to all who found their child on this list, or who were matched to a child on this list by their agency.

Has anyone heard anything? Our agency has not contacted anyone about a new list yet. I am just curious. Oh! And impatient. :)

    Just curious…

Does anyone know how many children are placed on the shared list when it is updated?

I don’t know if anyone can help but do all the agencies get the shared list or is it just a few?
As we have to move to a Hague agency from Dec 1st I just want to have the right information before I start.
Thanks everyone and a Big Congratulations to all who got their referrals!!!

Yes, there was a new shared list posted yesterday. Our agency posts it online and edits it weekly. Anyone is welcome to take a look at it. If you would like information on how to get access to it, PM me.

Some agencies have their employees stay up all night and check for a new list from home – they then check the particular SN’s available against things that their families have listed they are okay with. I’m told that a good percentage of the babies on the list are “claimed” well before most agencies open their doors the next morning.

So, the question isn’t whether all agencies have access to the list, but whether the agency you switch to is one who actively works to match their families to babies on the list as soon as the list becomes available.

Luna, can you tell me how to log in to see the shared list?
We live in the Netherlands and can’t see it in our agencie.
