Where did you hear this rumor, it is more specific than some of the other speculation floating around the internet. Did the source say if the new director plans to grandparent already logged in PAP’s?

I know I’m going to shock some people with this comment. But what about the rumours out there saying that the new director is going to close the nsn adoption procedure in the near future? He apparently wants to try to stop child trafficking and give Chinese adoptive parents a chance!

Thankful for you this year RQ, (and last year, and the year b4….) as we have been on the edge of our seats since August. But, I will go out on a limb and encourage you to enjoy your day without worrying about us. And, tomorrow too, if you would like. THey will get here when they get here, and we will certainly be hoping for more information next week, but we can probably survive this weekend, if you choose to focus on your family, Thanksgiving, and Black Friday.
