Phone Calls Being MadeThere are reports of phone calls being made. It will be tonight before I’ll be able to put the Babies! post together though, because things are a bit pressing at work since I took four days off last week. I have not heard a thing from our agency. I’m just assuming that since our LID is 4-3-06, we are getting a picture. Tomorrow I hope!!! Some other members of our travel group called the office and they did not have anything.

Can anyone (who already received referrals) tell me the Province their baby is from? Our daughter, Sophia, was from Hunan. I wonder if we will be going back there! Can you tell I’m excited! :-)

Our agency is in NC – I’m in PA. Our social worker is off until the New Year, her sub is off until tomorrow. Got an email today saying they got word from China that matches were made for 4/3/06. They also said they didn’t have any confirmation of packets. Told us we would be contacted tomorrow (Tuesday) by the sub when she got in. I am sooooooooooooo hoping we get referral ! I want to see a picture so badly!

Auntiem, I am also in PA. Received the same email from CAA. Let’s just keep our fingers crossed that we will receive the call on Tuesday!

Wow…that’s great! I don’t have any info on anyone in our travel group. Was thrilled when CAS asked about giving/getting information on others with our LID. My email is kristynbill@windstream.net if you want to ‘talk’.

We are so excited to have our referral! Had some computer problems delay getting them to us until an hour ago but finally we have a beautiful baby girl from the Guangdong Province. Don’t know much yet as the referral has not been translated but she is a cutie. Will try to post my blog after I’ve talked to all my family.

Please post our blog, searchingforsophia2009.com We are still waiting on our China adoption with a 9/20/06 LID so this is for our Ethiopian daughter. My wife comes home with her a week from tomorrow!!! I can’t wait. She’s been in Ethiopia since 10/31 and besides a two week trip that I took over there I haven’t seen her.
