A week or two ago I received an email from our agency talking about a conference in China and it contained all sorts of "positive speak" by China. Unfortunately it rang hollow in light of the small batches we have been receiving for the past 3 - 4 years. They need to quit talking and fix it but then again I do not think China wants to fix the IA program. Wow! Only 2 days and folks are happy with that. I guess I am siding with CookieMonster’s feelings.

I'd have liked to see another day or two, but this would make it seem like last month was an anomaly rather than the new reality.
