A European agency says matching is just about done, and they hope to see referrals early next week. No word on a cut off date yet. This is only coming from one person at one agency, which means it’s down in the R1 or R2 range.

We have one rumor, an R1 at this point in time. One agency is saying the box has changed to show referrals through April 30. But only one agency is reporting this, and the review is through April 30 of ’09, and most right now seem to be of the opinion the agency is looking [...]

Our polls are not scientific. If they were scientific then I would contact people who were adopting and ask them questions, and I would have a way to make sure I was getting a random sample. Also, I would know for sure (within a few percentage points) what percentage of the total I was polling. [...]
