I don’t see any reports yet of phone calls being made. I’m also not totally clear on when referrals left China. If they left Sunday in China (Saturday night our time) then they could begin arriving today. If they left China on Monday (Sunday night our time) then it’s possible some agencies could receive them [...]

With four agencies reporting a cut off of the 18th, I’m now giving that an R4. With one fairly reliable agency reporting matches have been mailed, I am giving that an R3.

A European agency has posted to its website that the cut off is May 18th. Until we get confirmation from other agencies this is an R3. I do not see that anyone is saying they’ve been mailed, or when they might be mailed.
