Rumors!None of these rumors are even an R3 yet. We are in the preliminary early early stages – if you don’t want to board the roller coaster just yet, no one will blame you in the least. With that being said – the two rumors are that they are matching (I’ll give that one an R2) and that the 30th is included (that one is down in the R1 or R2 range until I get more information on where it is coming from).

If the rumor of the 30th starts to gain momentum, please let me know ASAP. I’ll need to spend some serious time at the gym. (See my comment in RQ’s previous post.) Honestly, it’s for the greater good. No one needs to see all that if not necessary.
Meantime, no worries. I’m covered up. Promise.

Hi All!
It’s not a rumor to me. The email I got from my agency this morning is one they send to all their families with very close log in dates to which China is currently matching. It is an official email from my agency. It specifically states, “We received word this morning that the CCCWA officials have begun the matching process! The CCCWA has not released a mailing date or a cut off date for this month’s referral’s…”
So happy to hear everyone getting so excited. Here’s hoping for a big batch! Cheers!!

Love the matching part and no way can I believe the 30th part. Wish I could, hope it is true- but just not getting on this roller coaster… However fingers crossed.

I’m on the edge of my seat. It’s official, I’ve boarded the roller coaster! We’re soooo ready to meet our daughter-we have a thousand things to do at home, but they’ll get done! Please let this rumor be true!

michellebelle – Thanks! That moves the matching rumor up to an R3. Your agency is usually right when they post that, but on occasion it has been weeks after they post that before referrals arrive. They are almost always right, just keep in mind the almost part.

OMG! RQ you just made my morning a better one! I sooo hope the rumor of the cut off date being the 30th is true! I know I may be in for a big let down but oh the hope feels so good right now!

We are so on and rolling! I guess I have to finally decide on the paint colour of the nursery! I have my cell phone in my pocket at all times and if it rings while at work (hospital) I will explode. Everyone and I mean everyone is waiting for this call. I hope I do not come apart. If I have enough warning I will stay at home and wait there but it is so hard to know exactly when. If I see any rumours that they are getting calls in Europe, I am heading to the home phone. My boss is ok with that as she has walked this wait with me for the past five years. I really hope that the June 30th group is in! Imagine ten whole days! Oh happy day, oh happy day!

OMG! I am trying not to freak out over the rumor of the 30th! We are LID 6/27 and have heard nothing from our agency. They are 3 hours behind us in time, so that might be the reason (I hope, I hope, I hope). Still waiting for entry into the June LID Forum, so this is the only info I am clinging to so far.
We need to make some decisions about paint, too, China1020!

We just finished painting the baby’s room this past weekend and put up the closet organizer also. Tonight they are coming to measure for new carpet. This is so awesome that this is all finally coming together after five years.

HURRY UP ALREADY!!!!! We are going away this weekend and hope not to miss the call or package. Hopefully we will know something before we leave. Our agency is not good communication things to us.

Another day is done….good-night sweet computer, I will see you again first thing in the morning. I can hardly wait to read that they are getting calls in Europe! Come on, news, any news would be welcome. Lets hope that the new day will bring some more rumours.

How big a deal is a 10 day match? I feel like I don’t even know any more. Would matching 10 days be a ‘big’ batch? I know numerically it would, but what about in terms of numbers of families? What do you’all think?

10 day match would be VERY BIG deal. it would be more babies than china has matched in … well… i’m tempted to say years but surely months. you can see on rq’s polls how many famileis are matched each month — this one would be around 90, i believe. that’s huge.

waitingforLaureli, my LID is June 23rd.
We may have a travel delay, although I really have no idea, because we are just about to (any day now) get our fingerprint request to get I800A approval. -Nothing like leaving things ’til the last minute!
