Two Days?

It’s looking like the cut-off is likely the 19th. This was the least positive projection, so it’s expected, if disappointing.

Congrats to everyone included this month. If you expect to be included in this batch, or you’re in another program and want to share your news, please list blog name and blog URL in the comments.

We received the call yesterday afternoon for our beautiful daughter, who is 15 months old in the Guangxi Province!!! Thanks for the congratulations! So happy for those who received their referrals and sending best speedy wishes to those who are still waiting.

Will be updating our blog and posting in ‘The Babies’ section when it’s up.

Congrats to all those people included! 2 days is rather disappointing, but with a LID of 12-20 I hang in there.

I just received the call and pictures of our daughter. After all we have been through I am in a complete state of shock, I had lost faith that she would ever be here. And now, well, I’m speechless. Tomorrow she will be 17mos. not as young as I would have liked but who’s complaining, she is lovely. I dont have a blog, I am a bit challenged with technology. ; )
Now I need to start learning how to develop a bond with an older baby. I am open to any suggestions. Thank you again RQ for all you do. Without you I would have been lost.

Congratulations to those who just got their referrals! (And so sorry for the small batch for those who didn’t). I always love the baby posts, but I have to admit it really made my day to see the Guangxi referrals! Both my girls are from Guangxi and you don’t see too may referrals from there anymore. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions about Nanning. There are also several Yahoo groups set up for many of the orphanges in Guangxi. Can’t wait to see some more pictures.

    Yippee, babies!!

Don’t be disheartened by 2 days. RQ was bang on which means the next few batches will be bigger days!! We will really be moving forward.

And a 17 month is no age, such a fab age, still so needy but so much fun!!

Congrats to all the new families. And chin up to everyone waiting x

Saluki, my beautiful daughter turned 17 months the day after she landed in America. She was babyish in many, many ways, but she was also so much fun once her grief passed. She played so well and smiled a lot. 17 months is a great age!! I hope it doesn’t take you THREE more months to get there to get her. Congratulations to all who are finally getting their referrals.
