A couple of agencies are expecting the official statement about the new rules sometime next week. One agency released a statement this week that there has been no change in the percentage of dossiers for single parents that they are allowed to send. Just for the record, two more agencies have chimed in with the same basic list with only minor differences. And two other agencies have notified their families that changes are coming but they do not list specifics.
