European Forums have some discussion going over word that the CCAA told a European agency that the wait won’t exceed 18 months.
There is also news just hitting Europe that I reported from the reports coming out of the JCICS conference, that the CCAA is now allowing any orphanage to send dossiers for paper ready babies. [...]

We have some news coming out about the CCAA’s recent visit to Australia.
I’m told that the CCAA did confirm that the wait is likely to reach three years. Also, apparently November 2005 has somewhere around 3000 dossiers logged in.

A European agency is telling their people that the wait will get to 30 months. The CCAA has told them that more people were logged in during 2006 than during 2005 and that things will continue to slow down.
What do I think? I think we already knew that things would reach at least 30 months, [...]

Two more agencies have now released this information. They both have much of the same information with just a few differences.
The first difference is that it appears the fee increases are more detailed and that they will be put in place as of January 1st and not in May.
