Maybe they have re-opened?

Someone using an agency I’ve never heard of (and can’t find any info about on the ‘net) says that their agency issued an email that says the CCAA has officially moved and that TA’s and referrals are expected to arrive as scheduled.

While some agencies have aparently been notified to send dossiers to the new address, it appears some have been notified to not send anything until further notice (when they re-open and are organized and prepared to accept mail again). Not sure what to make of it, but one poster says that someone on the August board contacted BLAS and was told the CCAA is moving and closed and they can’t ask them anything right now. They don’t know when referrals will be mailed, but they “think that it will not be very behind schedule”. [...]

Okay, this comes from one person, but they’ve been around a while so I don’t think they’d send something bogus.
There is one largish well known agency saying this is a well planned move to ensure this does not impact the adoption process. The CCAA will not close, they will move departments one by one.
