In Peoples Republic of China, it is most commonly:
圣诞节快乐 [sheng dan jie kuai le]
The root meanings are as follows:
圣诞 = holy birthday + 节 = holiday + 快乐 = cheerful or happy
In Taiwan, it is most commonly:
聖誕快樂 [sheng dan kuai le] ie: they delete jie (holiday) and in write in traditional rather then simplified character set.

Our daughter who is 15 and from Jiangsu province just finished writing our holiday cards and wrote exactly what Nji13 said -- 圣诞节快乐 Of course, she added a smiley face as well -- -- as she seems to tell me every day, "Mama, teenagers do that!!" This is her second Christmas in the US but she had only been home a few months last year when the first one rolled around so everything was a whirlwind for her with meeting crazy relatives, eating weird food and trying to understand why everyone wanted to hug her. This year she is SO excited! So, we're dreaming of a PINK Christmas in the great state of Missouri!
