I don’t see any rumors of a cut off yet.
There is an interesting news story about the Chinese government opening up registrations for those wanting to adopt orphans from the quake. They make a note of saying foreigners can not apply.

One agency is telling their January 31st people that they are in. But, considering there really weren’t any LIDs at that time, I’m a bit confused about that. Unless that agency was estimating LIDs and told their families that was their LID so they are sticking to what they originally estimated.

Several agencies are reporting packages left the CCAA on the 7th headed towards them. The assumption is that they are likely referrals, but as usual, no one knows for sure.
Nothing new on a possible cut off though. Sorry.

I hate being the bearer of bad news. My wish is that someday I get to report lots of really good news.
